Delivery Information
We ship to most EU Destinations on the following conditions – please read carefully. UK VAT will be deducted at checkout which means you have not at this stage paid any tax on your purchase. EU customers must accept full responsibility for all Shipping costs, Customs Charges and VAT payable in their own country.
All Deliveries are deemed completed when any of the following occurs.
The courier handed the parcel to any person in your building. Couriers are not authorised to ask building occupants for Identification
The parcel was left at your door with a photograph as evidence
GPS Tracking showing the courier was at your address
The parcel was left in your designated “Safe Place”
The Parcel was left with a neighbour
Standard Delivery:
Order before 15:45 pm Monday – Friday for delivery Monday – Friday for same day dispatch; this excludes Bank Holidays. Couriers deliver typically Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 19.00pm. These delivery schedules will vary in peak seasons such as Christmas.
We use several couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx etc. for standard parcels. Specialist couriers will deliver larger bulkier products such as furniture. You will be notified of the courier delivering your parcel shortly after order confirmation. Please use TRACKING information provided for latest updates on your delivery

Fast Free Delivery to most UK Mainland* orders over £49.99* (£5.95 charge on orders under £50).
*Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Post Codes below will cost £25 on a 2-3 Day Service.

Delivery of Nursery Furniture to Non-Standard UK Delivery Addresses
Please note that these delivery costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If you know you are located in an area that does not qualify for our standard free shipping, you will be required to cover the full shipping cost, regardless of your order’s value. Should you choose not to cover these additional delivery costs, your order will be cancelled.
Next Day Delivery & Premium Delivery
Please note that Next Day Delivery only applies to items in our warehouse. Pre-order and Items in stock with supplier have their own delivery time-tables.
Order before 15:45 pm Monday – Friday; this excludes Bank Holidays. Expedited 1 day delivery costs £7.95 – some items may cost more dependent on exceptional size or wight.
Postcode Exclusions:
Offshore locations within the UK are not included in our Standard Delivery & Premium Services. You should select the specified shipping cost at checkout. The following areas are affected:
- Channel Islands Courier Delivery (includes Alderney and Sark): all GY and JE
- BFPO
- BT
Standard UK Mainland Courier Delivery:
Please Note: Royal Mail will not record a parcel to be lost until after 14 days after the expected delivery date. We therefore kindly advise you wait until this period is up before making a lost item claim.
Good Practice for Effective Deliveries
Millions of Online orders are delivered to customers home every day by a variety of different couriers. Each courier have their own methods of operation and they are all focused on getting your parcel delivered as efficiently as possible.
You can help by using the tools provided by couriers including- Tracking, this should be your first action for getting updates on your order.
Email, check your email for updates from the courier or ourselves. App, many couriers communicate via their Ap. Be sure to download and open an account.
Safe Place – do you have a safe place where your order can be left? If so, let the courier know keeping I mind the delivery is complete when left in your Safe Place
Neighbours – Using Neighbours is another way to speed up you order delivery.
Telephone – leaving your mobile number can help with communication.
All customer paid deliveries will be attempted by the courier up to 3 times. If your delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, then the item(s) will be returned to our Warehouse. We will hold the item(s) for a maximum of 3 months. During this period the customer will be responsible for contacting us to arrange payment for redelivery. Please note we will not cover the cost for redelivery if the initial delivery attempts have failed.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, but also that you are available to accept the delivery. Please see below for a breakdown of when you can expect to receive delivery. Please Note: This will change on Bank Holidays.
- Orders successfully placed before 15:45pm Monday to Friday are delivered within 1-3 days using our standard service
- Orders placed after 15:45pm Thursday and by 15:45pm Friday will be delivered Monday unless Premium Service has been selected
- Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) are delivered on Tuesday

International Orders:
We do offer International Delivery on majority of items in our online store. An estimated delivery charge will be applied but these are estimates only, we get the latest spot rates for every International order and confirm them to you post ordering.
